The decisive moment in the evolution of the present conditions in INTOS, spol. s r.o. that guaranteed a future dynamic development was the autumn of 2004 when the company was bought by the Austrian concern EMCO. The company INTOS, spol. s r.o. became 100% subsidiary company of the EMCO concern. Practically immediately after the acquisition, the Austrian company EMCO started an extensive re-organization of the Czech company and incorporated the company into its multi-national control and sales structures.

The INTOS Company, Ltd. continues in production of the universal centre lathes, universal tool room milling machines of line FN and FNGJ; numerically-controlled tool room milling machines with straight-line and continuous control. The machines were modified to meet all qualitative and technical standards of EMCO as required by the most demanding customers.

The company has been engaged in manufacturing of precise machined parts since 1994. We keep improving experience we have obtained so far in delivering to the demanding market of the European Union and our experience is fully available for our customers in assessing and manufacturing of orders.

The rack is designed for storing bar stock. Its main advantage is safe stacking and unstacking a bridge crane. The storing plane formed by telescopic arms has two positions: storage position – inside the rack and working position – pulled out in front of the rack. Arms are pulled out by a manual drive. The design may be single-sided or double-sided, assemblies for materials from 3 m to 12 m in length.

The sheet metal bin DRIVER BOX is designed mainly for storing bundles of metal sheets. The material is stored on pull-out shelves on top of the other. When the front door is opened, the pull-out shelf is move to working position and thus the stored material is made accessible. Stacking can be done manually, by a forklift truck or crane with accessories.

The mobile racks MOBIRACK are assemblies of chasses and shelf racks. Using a manual drive with gearing they are moved on rails embedded in the floor. There is only one service aisle in the block of mobile racks, which is formed in any place of the block by moving the racks. With mobile racks, the storage capacity can be increased by up to 100%. They are suitable for archives, deposit warehouses, handy warehouses, and supply points.

The mobile racks MOBICANT are assemblies of chasses and bracket racks. With mobile racks, the storage capacity can be increased by up to 100%. They are suitable for all types of warehouses in which a high storage capacity must be achieved in minimum space. The advantage of the rack is the possibility to extend the storage capacity of an existing warehouse, saving investment costs in building new warehouse spaces and saving operating costs.
