Production of ceramic tiles, tile stoves
We make tiles for classical tile stoves, replicas of historical stoves, cooking ranges, and fireplaces. Tiles are made from top-class Westerwald clays by casting the slip to plaster moulds.
The traditional and many years used glazes with high gloss (bottle green, bottle brown) are supplemented with very demanded and modern matt glazes with effect (grey and green granite, cotto, gobi, etc.). Our standard range includes 65 glazes.
We glaze tiles by spraying, coating, we paint, decorate and gold plate manually. We model figures, statuettes, embossments, monograms, ceramic pictures, and various accessories.
Tiles are certified by the Technical and Testing Institute for Construction.

Product/service description
We create plaster moulds of tiles according to our own original designs and we cast the slip of our own formula into them. After taking the cast tile out of the mould, the product is retouched and dried several days. The dry, not yet burnt tile is calibrated and then it is burnt in a chamber kiln. After this burning, the tile is glazed and charges into the kiln again where it is burnt at 1040 – 1060°C depending on the glaze type. This is followed by quality control, packing and shipping to stove-builders.
