The weigher is designed for dosing a wide range of products – small loose and piece products as well as demanding product types e.g. sticking products, or products tending to build clusters.

Product/service description
The weigher is capable of reaching high output – practical capacity is up to 130 cycles/min., theoretical dosing output is cca 160 cycles/min. It is mostly suitable for dosing nuts, sweets, pulses, cereals, coffee beans and different granulates, further then fresh fruit, fresh vegetable, chips, and jelly sweets.

is the basic type of the 04 type range of the VFFS packaging machines with the higher equipment. Most of the drives are based on the electronically controlled servo-drives. The secondary movements are based on pneumatic elements. The machine is designed for output up to 110 bags/minute. BSV 04 SE is equipped with a unique principle of combining all the main drives on basis of a virtual axis (controlled electronic cam – virtual shaft) based on the PLC of B & R.
