Robotic welding
The company has three welding robots with the following parameters:
- 1 IGM, working range 2 500 x 1 500 x 2 000 mm (with two welding heads)
- 1 Cloos, working range 8 000 x 1 000 x 1 000 mm
- 1 Closs, working range 2 500 x 1 200 x 1 500 mm
Blasting
The technological park is comprised of continuous equipment with cross-section 600 x 1100 mm and one piece length 11 m.
Painting
The company has a wet paint shop with a capacity of 95 tonnes of wet paint a year in a large paint shop enabling to paint parts up to 2.5 x 5 x 24 m (W x L x H).
